My Business HR was set up in 2011 to offer HR related consultancy services, often to businesses without an ability to deploy or maintain a dedicated HR presence within their daily operation. Since that time MBHR has assisted a wide variety of clients, primarily in London and the South East and prides itself on delivering a professional, accurate and very cost-effective service that can be tailored expressly to the exact requirements of each business partner.

With many years of extensive HR experience across a wide range of industries, gained as a Board member, Governor, Director of Human Resources, HR Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist, Victoria holds a deep understanding of the current challenges businesses face. With CIPD accreditation and currently completing an HR Business Partner qualification, Victoria offers expert support in all areas. Whether it's streamlining HR processes, managing employee wellbeing, or ensuring legal compliance, Victoria's goal is to provide tailored HR solutions that help businesses thrive. Victoria is also a Fellow of the Institute of Continuing Professional Development.
Andrew Bennett, BA, LLM, MIoL

Andrew brings extensive senior-level managerial experience, having worked with prominent government departments, including the Home Office and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. His expertise spans strategic leadership, organisational development, quality delivery and policy implementation, having successfully led teams through complex challenges. Andrew has a Master's Degree (LLM) in UK Employment Law and is also a member of the Institute of Leadership. With an approachable style and a very keen eye for detail, Andrew is dedicated to driving positive outcomes for businesses through informed, proactive HR strategies.
